Book Release
Web Pages By The Rules was released in the Summer of 2010. Web Pages By The Rules is the third book by the author, Robert Boardman, and the first to cover XHTML and CSS. It is also one of very few books that follows all the current standards for both XHTML and CSS. Web Pages By The Rules is being published electronically because it is written with XHTML and CSS.
